Victoria is a registered Nutritional Therapist and specialises in fertility. She trained at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition and has completed further postgraduate training in preconception, pregnancy and postpartum health. She has a special interest in endometriosis, PCOS, multiple miscarriage and IVF preparation. As well as seeing clients both remotely and in Bromley, Kent, Victoria is a nutritionist at the fertility clinic IVF Matters, run by Dr. Irfana Koita.
Having been through two successful rounds of IVF herself, Victoria in the unique situation to be able to understand her clients’ position who are going down the assisted route. For her own fertility journey, nutrition remained at the heart of the process and helped to transform her experience.

I am passionate about helping both women and men who are struggling to conceive and I create personalised fertility programmes which combine evidence-based nutrition science with motivational coaching. My aim is to understand and address the root causes of infertility and to empower my clients with very practical and supportive tools to increase their chances of pregnancy success, either naturally or via an assisted route.
